My name is 'Practical Astros,' and you can find me on all social media platforms. As an astrologer, I consult for individuals like you, utilizing astrology and tarot to explore the passage of time.
In The Tempest, Shakespeare wrote, "Past is prologue," which encapsulates my view of astrology. Astrology serves as a predictable and mathematical means of observing the skies. By reflecting on planetary cycles, this ancient knowledge can illuminate our future. Astrology isn’t mere fortune telling; rather, it’s an invitation to engage with your fate.
I employ time-honored techniques while considering the contemporary world, and I’m here to address both your mundane and magical inquiries.
I specialize in natal readings, year-ahead consultations, and guidance through archetypal predictions, offering compassion for the self as you navigate your journey.
Philosophy & Experience
For decades, I have been a devotee of myths, studying the archetypes of history and fairy tales. In 2018, I deepened my studies and emerged from Pluto's Cave as an astrologer for others, ready to explore the future. Building on my years of study, I now serve as an astrologer for larger circles of people, offering insights into astrology, tarot, and the wisdom of the stars.
I am a graduate of Nightlight Astrology school, holding three years of certificates of completion. Currently, I am enrolled in advanced courses to further enhance my abilities in astrology and interpret the language of the cosmos. Additionally, I am a member and volunteer for OPA (Organization for Professional Astrology).
My work in astrology, tarot, and writing is influenced by my esteemed teachers through direct instruction and written works: Kelly Lee Phipps, Liz Greene, Demetra George, Nick Dagan Best, Bernadette Brady, Chris Brennan, T Susan Chang, and most notably, my teacher, Adam Elenbaas.
I am also a founding member of the Asteri Sofia Kairos Astrology collective, a contributing writer for the Astrologer's Co+op, and a speaker in the Nightlight Speaker Series.
My astrology work involves developing engaging lectures and conversations on YouTube, writing long-form pieces on SubStack, and hosting live and online events throughout the year.
